Taking into account the current epidemiological situation in the country and the progressing vaccination process against COVID-19, we decided to allow patients to visit their relatives during hospitalization from 18/06/2021.
Internet and telephone communication will remain the basic method of contact, however, it will be possible to obtain consent for visits for one closest person.
Guided by the concern for the safety of patients and their families, we ask that the designated person be either fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or after illness (recovery up to 6 months from a positive SARS-CoV-2 test).
The organizational rules of the visits are presented below:
a. from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. each day
b. duration – 15 minutes
c. The visit is possible by prior arrangement
2. Place – determined by the staff of the branch
a. The sick room if the sick person is lying or staying alone
b. Designated room
3. Number of people
a. One designated person (optimally vaccinated or recovered)
4. Principles of the sanitary regime
a. Airing the room before and after the visit
b. Hand disinfection
c. Use of a mask covering the mouth and nose
d. Keeping a distance of at least 1.5 meters
5. The final decision regarding the organization of visits is made by the Head / Head of the Department after analyzing the specific situation.
